Please, read the information on counterfeit products that appeared on the market.
Recently, there have been cases of selling counterfeit products, de-foaming beer taps under the WINTAP trademark, on the Ukrainian market.
These products are made of low-quality materials, they are sold on the clandestine market, without any product documentation. Such products are not covered by the warranty obligations of Alliance as the manufacturer and owner of the trademark and patents for the products.
Further to that, such counterfeit products is subject to seizure in the manner established by the Law, with the involvement of law enforcement agencies, at the places of sale and directly at retail outlets.
Pursuant to applicable laws of Ukraine, the infringement of intellectual property rights during the sale and use of such products is subject to criminal liability.
How to protect yourself from counterfeits?
In order to avoid unpleasant situations with counterfeit products, we hereby ask you to buy original products through the offices of the Alliance Company or official representatives.
